More than 1000 bottles of alcoholic beverages seized in Oman

Muscat: Over 1,000 bottles of alcoholic beverages have been seized, in the wilayat of Bousher, during a raid carried out by the Investigation and Risk Assessment Department.

A statement issued online by Oman Customs said: "The Investigation and Risk Assessment Department raided a site for expatriate workers in the wilayat of Bousher, who were storing and selling smuggled alcoholic beverages, resulting in the seizure of more than 1,400 bottles of alcoholic beverages."
