Muscat: Scattered rainfall over Dhofar Governorate and the adjoining mountains are to be expected, Oman Meteorology said on Wednesday.
"The weather will be partly cloudy along the coastal area of Dhofar Governorate and the adjoining mountains with isolated rainfall. Mainly clear skies over the rest of the Sultanate with a chance of late night to early morning low level clouds along parts of Arabian Sea,” Oman Meteorology said in a statement.
The expected maximum and minimum temperatures will be 45 degree Celsius and 32 degrees respectively in Muscat, 40 degrees and 33 degrees in Sohar, 46 degrees and 30 degrees in Rustaq, 42 degrees and 24 degrees in Haima, 45 degrees and 30 degrees in Ibri, and 47 degrees and 32 degrees in Khasab.
