Recipe of the week: Wood Apple Chutney

Ingredients
1 wood apple
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt, to taste
Preparation
Scoop the flesh out of the wood apple.
In a food processor blend all of the above into a smooth paste .
Serve at room temperature .
