Stranded dolphins rescued from Oman’s beach

 A total of eight dolphins were rescued after being washed up on a beach in Dhofar Governorate. Of them, one dolphin died. “The Directorate General of Environment in Dhofar Governorate dealt with a report stating that eight Risso’s dolphins were stranded, washed up on the coast of the Wilayat of Hasik, the Authority said. The authority’s team was able to rescue seven of them and they are in good health. One of them died and its samples and measurements were taken to conduct laboratory tests and analyses.
