Muscat: The Zubair Enterprises Development Centre (Zubair EDC) recently held its March 'Tajribiti' discussion at the Bait Al Zubair Corporation in collaboration with Mazen Mohammed Al Hadrami, founder of Omani agency “Let’s M”.
The session focused on the application of digital transformation in different business areas from administration to marketing and customer relations. The discussion was extended to the role e-commerce plays in the digital transformation process.
The session was attended by a group of entrepreneurs interested in digital transformation along with consultants of the Zubair Enterprise Development Centre.
Commenting on the session, Thuraya Al Mahruqi, a business associate at ZEDC stated, “Digital transformation is what drives growth and sustainability in the private sector, especially for SMEs. Through this session, we seek to empower entrepreneurs in the Sultanate by highlighting the importance of Digital Transformation and how they can take full advantage of the opportunities it can offer for the growth of their business projects. The monthly 'Tajribiti' sessions are a platform for participation, interaction and exchange of experiences and knowledge among SMEs entrepreneurs, specialists, and academics in the field of entrepreneurship.”
