Eid Al Adha special: Mahi Gosht Kebab

Kebabs are a must during celebrations. This Eid Al Adha we have a fool proof 'Fried Lamb' recipe you can try out!

Mahi Gosht Kebab (Fried Lamb Kebab)

Ingredients:-

1 kg- Lamb, boneless, cut into medium-sized pieces

Salt to taste

1 cup Onion juice

4 tsp Ginger juice

1 cup Ghee

1 cup Gram flour

3 tsp Garlic paste

Freshly ground to a fine powder:

1/2 inch stick Cinnamon

4-5 Cloves

4-5 Green cardamoms

8-10 Black peppercorns

Method:-

Rub the lamb pieces with little salt. After 2 minutes wash juices off with cold water.

Marinate the lamb pieces with the ground spices, onion and ginger juice and little salt again.

Fry the lamb in ghee until no moisture remains. Add some water and cook the lamb pieces until tender. Remove the pan from the heat.

Coat the cooked lamb pieces with the gram flour.

Dip each lamb piece in the garlic paste and keep aside for an hour.

Shallow fry till brown and crisp on both sides. Serve hot.
