A semi-regional forum titled "Culture and Green Heritage... the Path to Sustainability" was opened at the Sultan Qaboos Youth Complex for Culture and Entertainment in Salalah. The forum was organised by the Ministry of Education, represented by Oman National Commission for Education, Culture and Science. The forum saw the participation of experts from Oman, GCC states, the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organisation (ALECSO) and the UNESCO Regional Office for the GCC states and Yemen.
