Three arrested for stealing oil derivatives from company in Oman

Muscat: Three people have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for stealing oil derivatives belonging to a company.

"The Department of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations, led by the Oil and Gas Facilities Security Police, arrested three people of Arab nationality for stealing oil derivatives belonging to a company." ROP said in a statement.

Nine expats arrested for engaging in unethical acts

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested nine expats for engaging in unethical acts in South Al Batinah Governorate.

ROP said in a statement :"The Department of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations , led by the South Al Batinah Governorate Police, arrested 8 women and a person of Asian nationality for committing acts contrary public morals."

Two arrested for impersonating police officers

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested two people for impersonating police officers and forcibly stealing sums of money from two expatriates in the Wilayat of Saham, North Al Batinah Governorate. 

ROP said in a statement :"The North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested two people for impersonating police officers and forcibly stealing sums of money from two Asian expatriates in the Wilayat of Saham." 


The legal procedures have been completed against all the accused.
