Cinnamon Rolls
In a large sauce pan heat 1 cup almond milk and 3tbsp butter until warm and melted. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle on 21/2 cup instant yeast. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir. Add in 1/2 cup all purpose flour and keep stirring. Knead to form loose ball on a lightly floured surface and then roll out the dough into a thin rectangle shape. Brush with 3 tablespoon melted butter and top with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 - 1 tbsp cinnamon. Tightly roll up the dough and cut the dough into 1.5 - 2 inch. Preheat oven to 175 degree C and bake the rolls for 25 minutes approximately.
Cinnamon Barbecue Sauce
Take 1/2 cup butter and in it sauté 1 cup minced onions and 1/2 cup celery. Once the onion is soft and done well add 1/2 cup red chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce. Stir all the ingredients well and cook on simmer for 15-20 minutes. Strain the sauce and store it in refrigerator.
Cinnamon Rice
Take 1 cup uncooked rice, 2 cups water, 2 tablespoons milk, 5 tablespoons raisins and 2 teaspoons margarine. Take a saucepan and boil all these together in medium heat for around 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to check if the rice is done. Once the water is fully absorbed in the rice mix 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar and pour it over the rice. Mix it well and serve hot.
Cinnamon Shake
Take 1 1/2 cup milk preferably non fat, 1 medium size banana which is peeled and sliced, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional, and 1tsp cinnamon. Blend all the ingredients except the cinnamon. Pour the liquid in tall glasses and garnish with ground cinnamon.
Cinnamon Cake Toppers
Make a cake from boxed mix, stirring in a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter, and top the cake with one of these great mixtures. For a cinnamon crumb topping, combine 1/3 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter, softened 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and spread the mixture over the cake batter before baking. To make a coconut top cake, combine: 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flaked coconut, 1/3 cup butter, softened, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional), and spread over cake after baking, but while the cake is still warm. Then broil on low (just under top burner in oven) till lightly golden.
