This distinguished award was given to the Bank based on the results of an evaluation assessing work culture and employee satisfaction, as well as a thorough review of HR policy and processes. The Bank scored highly on the majority of the award parameters, qualifying for this award, which recognises international organisations that play an important role in areas that encompass continuous work environment development, enhancing employee experience, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
