One injured in Suhar festival accident

Muscat: During the ongoing Suhar Festival, a section of one of the rides collapsed, leading to an injury.

According to the festival official account, the injured person was immediately transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.

The festival’s organising committee has apologised for the incident, attributing it to a failure in safety protocols.

An investigation is currently underway with the relevant authorities, and necessary legal measures will be taken.
