Royal Office Minister receives Pakistani military official

Muscat: Gen. Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office received in his office today Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of Naval Staff in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and his accompanying military delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides highlighted the historic relations between Oman and Pakistan. They also explored means of enhancing bilateral relations to serve joint interests.

The meeting was attended by the Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO).

NDC Commandant Receives Pakistani Military Official Rear Admiral Ali Abdullah Al Shidi, Commandant of the National Defence College (NDC) at the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies today received at the college’s headquarters in Bait Al Falaj Garrison Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of Naval Staff in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and his accompanying military delegation.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed several military matters of common interest.

Moreover, the guests were briefed about the NDC and its facilities. They also toured its various departments.

The meeting was attended by several senior officers of the NDC at the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies and the Military Attaché at the Embassy of Pakistan in Muscat.
