HM the Sultan issues four Royal decrees

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued four Royal decrees reading as follows:

Royal decree No. (63/2024) on ratifying the air services agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Chile, signed in Kuala Lumpur on 24 October 2024.

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its data of issue.

Royal decree No. (64/2024) on ratifying an agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on eliminating double taxation for income and capital tax, as well as the prevention and avoidance of tax evasion. The agreement was signed in Luxembourg city on 16 October 2024.

Article (1) ratifies the above-mentioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and takes effect from its date of issue.

Royal decree No. (65/2024) on ratifying the air transport agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Chad, signed in Kuala Lumpur on 24 October 2024.

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its data of issue.

Royal decree No. (66/2024) on ratifying the air transport agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of Australia, signed in Kuala Lumpur on 24 October 2024.

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its data of issue.
