Muscat: The Social Protection Fund has issued a clarification regarding the disbursement of an additional pension for eligible beneficiaries whose pensions are less than OMR 350.
In compliance with the generous directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, may God protect him, the Fund announced that the additional pension payment will be made before the usual pension disbursement date.
The additional pension will cover:
- Death pensions
- Retirement pensions
- Non-occupational disability pensions
- Total occupational disability pensions
The Social Protection Fund expressed its gratitude to His Majesty the Sultan for his kindness and care, praying for His Majesty’s continued health and for Oman to enjoy ongoing security and prosperity.
