Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a group of Asian nationals for illegally entering the Sultanate of Oman.
In a statement, the ROP said: "Musandam Governorate Police Command arrested a group of Asian nationals for entering the country illegally. Legal procedures are being completed against them."

ROP said in a statement :"Muscat International Airport Customs Department, in cooperation with the General Directorate for Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances, arrested an Asian national while attempting to smuggle more than eight kilograms of marijuana. Directorate General of Traffic said in a statement :"North Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command arrests a vehicle driver after a video clip was circulated on social media, showing him showing off his vehicle, putting road users at risk and disturbing public peace. Legal procedures are being completed."
