Muscat residents robbed by fake police; two arrested

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested two individuals in the Muscat Governorate for impersonating police officials and carrying out a robbery at a residential property. The two men were apprehended by the Police Command in the Governorate of Muscat after they had forcibly stolen items from the residence.

The ROP has released a statement confirming the arrests and have stated that the necessary legal procedures are now being completed.
