His Majesty to visit the Netherlands on Monday

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will go on a state-visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands this Monday.

A statement was issued by the Diwan of Royal Court to this effect. It reads as follows:

“Within the context of the advanced relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarikwill go on a state-visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands during 14-16 April 2025.

The visit aims at boosting areas of cooperation of mutual interest in a manner that meets aspirations of the two countries. The visit will address a set of regional and international topics of common concern.

His Majesty the Sultan will be accompanied during the visit by a high-ranking official delegation comprising HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, Gen. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Dr. Madeeha bint Ahmed Al Shaibani, Minister of Education, Abdussalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority, Eng. Salim bin Nassir Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals and Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Salim Al Harthy, Ambassador of Oman to the Netherlands.
