Muscat: A pall of concern has fallen over North Al Batinah after a major traffic accident in the Wilayat of Al Khabourah left 42 people injured and requiring urgent medical care.
The Ministry of Health (MOH) immediately sprung into action, with the Emergency and Crisis Department in North Al Batinah activating its full Medical Response and Public Health Sector. Dedicated medical teams rushed to the scene to triage and treat the victims of this terrible incident.
The scale of the crisis is clear from the grim tally of injuries:
3 people are fighting for their lives with critical injuries.
10 victims sustained moderate injuries.
29 others suffered minor injuries.
