Oman urges immediate halt to military operations in meeting with EU ambassadors

Muscat; Presenting the Sultanate of Oman’s perspective on current regional developments and underscoring the urgent need to halt military operations as a top priority to restore security and stability were among the key themes highlighted by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister.

During his meeting in Muscat with ambassadors of European Union member states accredited to the Sultanate of Oman, His Excellency reaffirmed Oman’s steadfast commitment to dialogue, diplomacy, and peaceful solutions.

The meeting formed part of ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at addressing the challenges posed by the continuing war in the region and mitigating its political, security, and humanitarian repercussions.
