HM the Sultan issues Royal Decree

Muscat--- His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. (48/2026) on appointing a Non-resident Ambassador.

Article (1) appoints Abdul Ghaffar bin Abdul Karim bin Issa Al Balushi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil, as Oman’s non-resident Ambassador to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Ecuador and the Republic of Chile.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its data of issue.
