Completion rate for Ibra and Al Mudhaibi health centres reaches 95%

Ibra: The completion rate for Ibra Health Centre and Al Mudhaibi Health Centre projects in the Governorate of North A’Sharqiyah has reached approximately 95 percent.

The Directorate General of Projects and Engineering Services at the Ministry of Health told Oman News Agency (ONA) that Ibra Health Centre is being built on a land area of 39,692 square metres, with a built-up area of approximately 1,383 square metres, and at a total cost of OMR1,157,588.

Meanwhile, Al Mudhaibi Health Centre is being constructed on a land area of 24,827 square metres, with a built-up area of approximately 1,458.90 square metres, and at a total cost of OMR1,120,000.

The Directorate added that the two projects comprise an integrated package of healthcare and service facilities, including 14 outpatient clinics, a dentistry room, a physiotherapy room, a radiology room, two primary examination rooms, a two-bed treatment bay, a two-bed observation bay, a pharmacy, a laboratory, a sterilization room, a meeting room, administrative offices, two storage rooms, as well as support facilities housing electrical, network, cleaning, and general service rooms, and fully equipped waiting areas to serve patients and visitors.

It noted that work on both projects is progressing in accordance with the approved timeline and at a good pace, with strict adherence to approved technical specifications and healthcare standards. The Ministry emphasized its ongoing follow-up to ensure the readiness of the projects to provide comprehensive health services upon completion.
