President of Egypt Arrives in Oman on private fraternal visit

Muscat: President Abdul Fattah el Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt arrived in Muscat today on a private fraternal visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik led the welcoming party for President el Sisi at the Royal Airport.

Alongside His Majesty, the President of Egypt was received by Gen. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, Dr. Hamad bin Said Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al Hinai, Ambassador-at-Large at the Foreign Ministry and members of the Egyptian Embassy in Muscat.

During the visit, President el Sisi is accompanied by Maj. Gen Ahmed Ali Mohamed, Chief of the President's Office, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates, Counselor Omar Marwan, Director of the President's Office and Yasser Shaaban, Ambassador of Egypt to Oman.
