Woman arrested in Al Khoudh following fatal knife attack on mother

Muscat: An expat woman of Asian nationality has been arrested in Al Khoudh by the Muscat Governorate Police Command after allegedly assaulting her mother with a bladed weapon, resulting in her death.

According to authorities, the suspect subsequently attempted to take her own life following the attack. Police confirmed that the necessary legal procedures are currently being finalised in connection with the incident.
