Times of Oman Business Leadership Summit 2026 to address leadership in an era of unprecedented change

MUSCAT: Organised by Muscat Media Group and Gulf Leaders Circle, the 4th edition of the Times of Oman Business Leadership Summit and Awards 2026 will bring together over 200+ senior government officials, business owners, C-level executives, SMEs and industry experts for discussions on reshaping the business landscape. The Summit will be held on 26 October 2026 at JW Marriott Hotel Muscat.

Under the theme ‘Business Leadership in an Era of Unprecedented Change’, the Summit will also focus on geopolitics and global trade, business resilience and risk, AI and emerging technologies, digital business transformation, new growth and investment opportunities, economic diversification, competitiveness and sustainable growth, future-ready leadership and talent and organisational and workforce transformation. 

‘Oman at the Crossroads’ 

The programme will feature the keynote session ‘Leading Through Global Disruption’, exploring geopolitics, global trade and business resilience. The panel discussion ‘Oman at the Crossroads’ will examine Oman’s strategic position and investment opportunities. The expert session ‘Navigating Change’ will focus on AI, digital transformation and future-ready leadership. 

The event will conclude with the presentation of the prestigious Times Business Leadership Awards 2026 to recognise business leaders, entrepreneurs, CEOs, innovative SMEs and outstanding companies whose achievements are driving economic growth, fostering innovation and setting new benchmarks for business excellence.

Award categories will include Business Leader of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Business Leader of the Year, Woman Business Leader of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, SME of the Year and Company of the Year, along with a range of sector-specific recognitions celebrating leadership and organisational excellence.
