Salalah: Salalah Air Headquarters was opened yesterday under the auspices of Akram bin Hassan Al Marzaa, Director General of the Directorate General of Commerce and Industry in the Governorate of Dhofar in the presence of Marhoon bin Said Al A’mri, Acting Director General of the Directorate General of Tourism at the Governorate of Dhofar and CEO of the Company.
During the event, the attendants were briefed on the company system, organisational structure, the development of the work, the proposed location for operations building, the marketing and commercial proposal received by the company from other countries, as well as the company’s future plans and programs.
Salalah Air inked a business deal with United Solutions IT to provide integrated solution to achieve requirements for growth.
It also signed an MoU with Safari Golden Company for the operation of Salalah-Bosaso route in the Republic of Somalia, to operate flights starting December 2016.
Salalah Air is a 100 per cent Omani company that was established using an amended model for the charter flights. The company has operation bases in Salalah, Sohar , Duqum and Muscat.
