Oman’s National Day celebrated by Pakistan’s Embassy

Muscat: Pakistan’s Embassy, in partnership with the Pakistani owned business corporation, organised a public diplomacy event at Ghala Valley Golf Club, Muscat to celebrate Oman’s National Day with the inaugural Ambassador’s Cup and a full house Golf Championship (November 18-19 ) participated by 120 players.
A diplomatic reception was hosted following the closing ceremony with Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al Rumhi, Minister for Oil & Gas as the chief guest and Ambassador Hilal Marhoun Al Maamary, Chief of West Asia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the guest of honour.
Pakistan ambassador Ali Javed said the event was conceived as an expression of our collective appreciation for His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and historical bond with the Omanis.
