Rolls-Royce logs 11% sales growth in Oman

Muscat: Rolls-Royce sales in Oman increased by 11 per cent last year, said Al Jenaibi International Automobiles, the sole authorised dealer in the Sultanate.
The news comes following the announcement from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars that 2015 was another record-breaking year of sales in the Middle East, with a 4 per cent growth in overall sales — meaning that the region maintains its position as the second largest in the world for the brand, representing around a quarter of its worldwide volumes.
Globally, 3,785 cars were delivered to customers in 2015, the second highest sales in the marque’s 112-year history.
Commenting on the results, Divyendu Kumar, managing director of Al Jenaibi International Automobiles said: “We are delighted to have achieved such incredible sales figures for Rolls-Royce in the Sultanate, closing off 2015 on a high note. The ultra-luxury marque is globally renowned for crafting truly individual motor cars and for its unparalleled level of customer service – our success can be attributed not only to this, but also to our highly dedicated team and their continuous strive for excellence in every aspect of the brand.”
Sales for the Ghost Series II — the world’s pinnacle business limousine, continued to surge in the Sultanate throughout 2015 with a 56 per cent increase, proving itself to be a firm favourite amongst discerning customers. Considered an oasis of calm in a busy connected world, the car exudes effortless superiority and peerlessdriving dynamics, providing an engaging and effortless driving experience.
The ongoing success of the Ghost Series II, Phantom family and Wraith models, including the limited edition Bespoke Collection cars — Wraith inspired by film, fashion and music, and Phantom Limelight - further cemented Rolls-Royce’s position as the world’s pre-eminent creator of unparalleled, personalised motor cars, and the most popular ultra-luxury automotive brand in the Sultanate.
With the announcement of the Rolls-Royce Dawn received well by Omani clientele, Al Jenaibi International Automobiles is primed for a strong start to the year, further strengthening its presence in the region and in the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars global network.
Al Jenaibi International Automobiles is part of the Suhail Bahwan Group, a multinational diversified conglomerate with interests in consumer products, engineering and construction, manufacturing and industrial products, banking and financial services, information technology, and specialised services.
