Muscat: Omantel, the premier telecom provider in the Sultanate recently launched its TV+ service for corporate customers.
The new Omantel TV+ service was launched to transform the workplace and business into a lively environment, reflecting Omantel's commitment to launch different services for all customers in the Sultanate in accordance with its 3.0 digitalisation strategy.
Available at a monthly subscription of OMR2.5, two packages are offered. The first package is available for the employees’ offices which includes 170 Arabic and foreign channels. The second package is for public areas, which will be available in halls, reception rooms, and other public areas, and it includes a variety of about 150 channels.
Ali Bakhit Kashoob, senior manager, Product Development at Omantel Enterprise Unit, said: "Following the success of Omantel TV+ for its customers and the positive responses, Omantel decided to expand this service to its corporate customers. The TV+ service comes as a part of Omantel efforts to provide high-quality content to its customers."
Nabila Jawad Al Lawati, Senior Specialist, Communication Solutions at Omantel, said "All corporate customers who have Omantel internet service through fibre starting from 10 Mbps can subscribe to Omantel TV+ service. These customers will get a free receiver box along with the TV package that suits their needs. Omantel’s world-class TV+ service gives corporate customers access to the most popular Arabic, news and international channels."
