His Majesty congratulates Vietnamese President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Tran Dai Quang of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of him being elected as a President of the Republic.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of success to President Quang in leading the brotherly people of Vietnam to achieve further progress and prosperity, and the friendship relations between the two countries further progress.
