Mantheri meets officials in Khartoum, discusses cooperation

Khartoum: Dr. Yahya bin Mahfoudh Al Mantheri, Chairman of the State Council, met yesterday with Sadiq Ali Al Sheikh, Chairman of the Legislative Council of the State of Khartoum.
The meeting touched on a number of issues related to enhancing the parliamentary cooperation between the two sides.
Dr. Mantheri also met with Gen. Hashem Osman Al Hussein, Governor of Khartoum State, who welcomed the Chairman of State Council and his accompanying delegation, hoping that the visit would further enhance relations between the two countries in all fields.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the State Council and the accompanying delegation visited the Republican Palace Museum yesterday.
During the visit, Dr. Al Mantheri was briefed on the archaeological and historical displayed items in the museum.
