In pictures: Royal Oman Police special operations showcase skills in Suwaiq

Muscat: Members of the Royal Oman Police (ROP) Special Operations showcased their skills as part of a recent demonstration held in the Wilayat of Suwaiq.

The event was attended by Lt. Gen Hassan bin Mohsen Al Shuraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs.

A statement posted on ROP's official twitter account read, "The participants were briefed on the course and a review of self-defence and parachute skills were conducted. The participants also carried out a live-ammunition presentation and a review of individual skills in which they demonstrated their experience in dealing with different security situations and measuring the readiness of participating units."
