Expat arrested in Oman for murder

Muscat: An expat has been arrested on charges of murdering a woman, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced.
The accused, according to ROP, was an expat of “Asian nationality”.
In a statement issued online, ROP said: “Police in North Al Batinah governorate arrested an Asian man accused of murdering an Asian woman on Tuesday night in the wilayat of Sohar. Legal procedures are under way.”
