Two rescued from wadis in Oman

Muscat: Rescue teams managed to rescue two people trapped in wadis in north Al Sharqiyah governorate, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance announced.

According to PACDA, the two are in good health.

The two trapped individuals were reported from Wilayat Ibra: one was in Al Alayah, and the second was in Al Yahmadi.

PACDA said in a statement online: "Teams of the Civil Defence and the Ambulance Department in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate managed to rescue a person after the detention of his vehicle in the path of a valley in the Al Alayah in Wilayat Ibra, and he was in good health."
