Muscat: Traffic on the Rustaq-Ibri road has come to a halt due to the overflowing of a wadi, according to the Royal Oman Police (ROP).
In a statement, ROP said: "Wadi Al Shakir located in Wadi Bani Ghafir in Wilayat Rustaq has begun to overflow, with traffic movement stooped on the Rustaq - Ibri road.”
Road users are advised to be careful and not to risk crossing the Wadi and to take alternative routes.
