Oman chosen to supervise international strategy against terrorism

Muscat: The Sultanate has been selected as a supervisor of the comprehensive international strategy for combating terrorism.

Oman News Agency ONA said: "During the United Nations General Assembly meetings held in New York, the Sultanate was chosen as a supervisor of the comprehensive international strategy for combating terrorism due to the Sultanate's moderate political approach, which is based on coexistence and the rejection of extremism, violence and peace diplomacy."
