Muscat: The 5th edition of the International Ihsan Forum 2026 is set to commence from 2-4 April, featuring extensive Arab and international participation. This year’s edition is held under the theme: "Towards Effective Pioneering Community Initiatives."
The forum is organized by the "Oman Creators Voluntary Team" in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth.
The event aims to support the entrepreneurship sector and recognize the vital role of volunteer teams in providing the sector with creative ideas and sustainable initiatives.
A key highlight of the event is the Ihsan Volunteer Competition, where the best 15 projects will be selected to qualify for the final stage, held in person in the Sultanate of Oman. The judging criteria focus on ssustainability, clarity of vision and objectives, innovation of the idea and the scale of community impact.
In addition to the top overall prizes, individual awards will be presented for the Best Project in Community Impact, Best Innovative Idea, and Best Media Marketing.
It is worth noting that in 2024, the forum was honored with the Youth Excellence Award, supervised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, within the civil society institutions category.
