
Muscat: Oman’s growing focus on customer experience, service innovation, and customer-centric business strategies will take centre stage at the Oman CX Forum 2026 – Customer Experience Beyond Imagination, taking place on 10 June 2026 at Kempinski Hotel Muscat.
Organised by Muscat Media Group, publisher of Times of Oman, and managed by TEvents in collaboration with Gulf Leaders Circle, the forum is presented by Infoline and powered by Ford and Lincoln and supported by Tadoom as the Strategic Partner.
The event will bring together senior business leaders, customer experience professionals, industry experts, and decision-makers from across sectors to discuss the evolving customer landscape and the future of customer engagement.
The forum will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Numair bin Salim Al Said, who will attend as the Chief Guest.
The programme will commence with a presentation from Charles Bennett, President and Co-Founder of CXSA Middle East, who will share global perspectives on emerging customer experience trends and best practices.
A representative from Infoline, will also deliver a special presentation highlighting the role of technology and innovation in transforming customer engagement.
A key highlight of the forum will be a panel discussion titled “Beyond Expectations: Designing CX for a Diverse and Digital-First World.”
The discussion will bring together Hawraa Fida Hussain Al Lawati, Vice President – Customer Experience at Al Mouj Muscat; Sulaiman Ali Al-Ofi, Head of Customer Experience at BankDhofar; Turki Al Farsi, Senior Expert – CX Strategy and Journey at Ooredoo Oman; Gopalakrishnan G, Director and General Manager of Asian Paints Middle East, Oman; and a representative from Infoline.
The panel will explore how organisations can deliver seamless customer experiences across physical and digital channels, balance technology with human interaction, respond to the needs of diverse customer segments, and create meaningful engagement across cultures and generations.
The session will be moderated by Sanjiv Padman, Group Business Head, Global Strategy Links.
The forum will also feature a presentation by Hazem Ismaeel, Co-Founder of Retail Launchpad, who will discuss changing consumer behaviour, evolving retail trends, and the future of e-commerce in an increasingly digital marketplace.
A major highlight of the event will be the Times of Oman Best Brand in CX Awards 2026, which will recognise leading brands across 40+ product and service categories based on nationwide consumer voting.
The awards will also honour select CX industry leaders who have made significant contributions to advancing customer-centric practices and service excellence in Oman.
