No cash payments on Mwasalat buses in Muscat, Salalah from August

Muscat: Mwasalat has announced that cash payments will no longer be accepted on public transport buses in Muscat and Salalah starting 1 August 2026.

Ticket fares will be limited to approved electronic payment methods, as part of efforts to speed up services and enhance the passenger experience.
