National Centre for Financial Information signs MoU with Malaysia’s Financial Intelligence Unit

Kuala Lumpur: The National Centre for Financial Information on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Malaysia’s Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) on the sidelines of Egmont Group's plenary meeting held in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

The MoU aims to coordinate efforts in exchanging information and experiences and exploring the best practices in the field of combating money laundering, terrorism financing and the proliferation of weapons.

The MoU was signed by Col. Juma Matar Al Dhuhli, CEO of the National Center for Financial Information.
