Vehicle fire at Al Maha fuel station in Samail brought under control

Muscat: A vehicle caught fire at an Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company fuel station in Samail, causing the blaze to spread to one of the fuel pumps.

Al Maha said the incident was promptly brought under control in coordination with the relevant authorities, with no injuries reported.

The company said the site is currently being cleaned while a full assessment of the damage is underway. Necessary safety measures are being implemented to ensure the safe resumption of operations.

Al Maha added that the station is expected to resume normal operations within the next few days, reassuring customers that the safety of customers, employees and the wider community remains its top priority.
