HM the Sultan congratulates President of Brazil

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik sent a cable of congratulations to President Lula da Silva on his re- election as president of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his best wishes to President Lula da Silva for continued success in leading the people of his country and realising more achievements and aspirations.
