​Two rescued from wadi in Oman

Muscat: Two people were rescued from a wadi in the Al Batinah Governorate, the Public Authority of Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) has announced.

Officials said that those rescued were doing fine.

In a statement online, PACDA said, "Rescue teams managed to rescue two people who were stuck in a wadi in the Wilayat of Al Khaburah, the two people are doing fine."

The Authority calls on citizens and residents to be cautious when it rains and to not risk crossing valleys in such situations.
